General Conditions

You are of at least legal age from your residence country to be able to use this service.

You must not transmit or install worms, viruses, or codes on the website.

Purchasing

You will be asked to provide information relevant to your Purchase. These include, but are not limited to, personal details, credit card number, expiration date, and billing address. You agree that this information is complete and correct and you have the legal right to use the information. You agree and grant us the right to provide the information to a third party, Paypal, for the purpose of completing your purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order for some reasons including but not limited to printing availability, errors in processing your order, and fraud or illegal transaction.

Shipping

Museum-quality using thick and durable matte paper is used for printing.

The frame is not included.

Our main printing warehouse is in London, United Kingdom. 

We also have printing partners in the US, Australia and Singapore making shipment time efficient and cost-effective based on your location.

Prints are dispatched within 1-3 business days upon purchase.

Transit may take 3-10 working days, or more for remote addresses.

The shipping cost is calculated at the checkout page.

Print is carefully placed in a flat, tube or rectangular packaging for safe shipping.

Customs fees and import duties may apply to some countries and must be paid upon delivery. They are not included in the shipping costs. 

We will notify you once we receive your order, we dispatch the print together with tracking information through e-mail.

Refund and Return

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse refund and return. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

We take care of your personal information with confidentiality. However, for processing and dispatching orders, we need to share the shipping details with our printing partners for the purpose solely of delivery.

When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
